Kandace works at Norrell Staffing Corporation as a Branch Manager and Pam was at Diamond Shamrock in the Human Resources Department. Norrrell specialized in temporary staffing for office and administrative positions.
Kandace hires Pam from Diamond Shamrock to work with her at Norrell to be her Office Manager.
Ribbon cutting ceremony was in December 1985 at the Forum Building at 8000 IH10, SAT. Specializing in office/administrative temporary positions again, Pam was Office Manager and Kandace focused on sales.

Tri-Starr moved to the Fountainhead Building located at 8200 IH-10 San Antonio, Texas. Tri-Starr’s Corporate Back office was formed and moved to the 9th floor. The branch office was on the first floor, where all the operational and sales teams officed.

Kennmark bought Bullock Personnel (a firm specializing in Direct Hire placement) and changes name to Kennmark Bullock Personnel.
Kennmark becomes HUB certified and certified with SCTRCA as a Small Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise.
Kandace, Vice President and Pam, Vice President became majority owners.
Kandace returns to Tri-Starr full-time as President and CEO.
Pam became the VP & COO.
Ken became the General Manager.
